At 24Modez, every piece is created with intention and produced in limited quantities. Because of the nature of our archive releases, all purchases are considered final unless stated otherwise below.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item
- The item was damaged or defective upon delivery
To be eligible, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required
- Request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Minor color differences due to screen display
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
How to Request a Return
To request a return or report an issue:

- Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Description of the issue
We will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
Refunds
If your request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time is 3–7 working days depending on your bank
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Limited Archive Releases
All 24Modez pieces are part of limited archive drops.
Items may not be restocked and exchanges may not always be possible.
